Main tasks include:
Actively monitor, manage, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including news and social media conversations, using media intelligence tools.
Craft and deliver well-written periodic reports for clients, featuring key trends, thematic insights, sentiment analysis, and other data-backed interpretations.
Set up, maintain, and optimize dashboards, including building and refining queries, to visualize key metrics, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the development of reports and presentations that effectively summarize key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Develop and implement social media strategies to support project objectives and goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, proposing new ideas and strategies to enhance data collection and analytical processes.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment throughout each project.
Provide guidance and support to team members to help ensure effective collaboration and successful project execution.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Insights, Analytics, and Content Manager, which may include special projects, whitepapers, and other related tasks.

Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Insights Analyst, Media Intelligence Specialist, or similar role is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTable), Word, PowerPoint, Google products, and other emerging technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze large datasets, and generate actionable insights.
In-depth knowledge of media intelligence platforms, current industry trends, and familiarity with social media terminology is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Effective organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and handle ad hoc tasks.
Ability to attend face-to-face meetings or training sessions as needed.
Proven ability to thrive in a remote working environment, self discipline, reliable and responsive during working hours.
