Analyst (Insights)

Main tasks include:
Utilize different tools and monitoring platforms to gather, collate and clean up data, using Excel, Google Analytics, or other relevant tools.
Collaborates with the team to support key research needs – pull data from various sources and run simple statistical analysis to derive insights.
Write and present periodic digital monitoring reports for clients, including key trends, and sentiments.
Required skills:
Familiarity in Media landscape (both mainstream and digital media) and abreast with current events.
Familiarity with the social media landscape. Ability to understand issues, behavior and trends on the Internet, particularly with online communities. Depending on the country of interest, this includes Facebook, Blogs, Forums and other digital community-based sites.
Excellent vocabulary, grammar and editing skills
Able to organize large amounts of information and draw conclusions
Driver, self-starter and strong team player
able to work under time pressure in case of adhoc tasks
Familiar with various project-management tools
