Job Overview: 


The Client Services Executive will act as the key point of contact for ZBiz Solutions' clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You will oversee client onboarding, maintain day-to-day communication, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet our clients' goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and has a passion for building long-term client relationships. Schedule:  Monday- Friday :9:00AM -6:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary liaison between ZBiz Solutions and assigned clients, ensuring client needs are understood and met.

  • Manage and oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to project delivery and client support.

  • Address and resolve client queries, concerns, or issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with project goals and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Regularly review client satisfaction levels and suggest improvements to enhance client experience.

  • Support clients in scaling up their operations by recommending relevant solutions or additional services.

  • Track and report on client performance metrics, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand client accounts.

  • Stay updated on ZBiz Solutions’ services and market trends to provide value-added recommendations.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time, ensuring flexibility in supporting business needs.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in client services, account management, or a similar role, ideally in the BPO or outsourcing industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of outsourcing and administrative services is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Other requirements:

  • Internet connection minimum of 10Mbps

  • Backup internet connection/hotspot connection

  • Laptop/PC minimum of 10GB memory
