Customer Operations Associate

We are looking for Customer Operations Associate to provide dedicated assistance to our clients in various day-to-day operational and production-related tasks. This cross-functional role will focus on supporting clients and coordinating with the production team (initially, non-client-facing). These include daily checking of reports, documentation, task coordination and client services.

Main tasks include:

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in dealing with clients and has a deep understanding of operational efficiencies. The candidate is required to have outstanding spoken English communication skills. As the role evolves, there may be an opportunity to grow into a client-facing position and manage accounts directly, based on performance and capability.


Key Responsibilities:


CX and Data Support:

  • Assist the CX team in providing support to clients


Report & Analysis Support:

  • Coordinate with the production team to edit and address or deliver client requests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all reports and visual presentations.


Administrative & Sales Operations Support:

  • Maintain the CX team’s internal database, assist in follow-ups, and manage shared calendars.

  • Handle other administrative tasks, including coordinating via email, managing client inquiries, and assisting in internal communications.

Work Schedule

Monday- Friday ( 8AM- 5PM or 9AM -6PM), possible call on weekends

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong background in client relations or sales

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks remotely

  • Self-motivated and result-driven

  • Customer relationship management (especially if client-facing responsibilities may come later)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

Other requirements:

  • Internet connection minimum of 10Mbps

  • Backup internet connection/hotspot connection

  • Laptop/PC minimum of 10GB memory

  • Backup working device in case of emergency
