Insights Team Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Insights Team Supervisor to lead our team in gathering, interpreting, and delivering valuable business insights. This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to transform data into actionable strategies that drive company success.

Main tasks include:

The team supervisor is responsible for guiding, supporting, and empowering a team of analysts. She/He  will lead a team to monitor and evaluate social media data, optimize marketing campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for business decisions. The supervisor must have the ability to think on their feet and has willingness to learn and grow. 


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and manage a team of analysts in the development of social media analytics strategies.

  • Oversee a small number of headcounts/projects (less than 15).

  • Act as the QC level of all the team’s output before it gets submitted to the client. 

  • Ensure that all content meets the company's standards for quality, accuracy, and style.

  • Process and complete reports assigned to the team, as needed.

  • Provide regular feedback and guidance to team members.

  • Track and analyze the performance of the team to measure their effectiveness.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and seek ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Act as the gatekeeper of the team’s output. 

  • Work with the Project Managers to ensure that Project goals are met.

  • Stay up-to-date on trends on the projects assigned to the team.

Required skills:


  • Familiarity with digital and traditional media landscape.

  • Bachelors Degree of Business, Statistics or any related field

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Insights Analyst or similar role will be a plus.

  • Experience managing and motivating a team

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experienced with project management tools

  • Proficient in Analytic tools, Google Workspace, OneDrive and other collaboration tools.

  • Experience in a hybrid or remote work set up

  • Familiarity with AI tools an advantage

  • Able to adapt to and comply with specified workflows.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite is a plus.
