Kaytrisa Lee

How has the company supported you in achieving your career goals?

In my role as a Data Analyst at ZBiz, I have been fortunate to receive substantial support in achieving my career goals. One significant way in which the company has assisted me is through its commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

An example of how the company has helped me develop new skills and take on new responsibilities is through its support of training programs. We were also encouraged to take on new challenges and responsibilities to foster growth and development.

The support and opportunities provided by ZBiz have played a crucial role in my professional growth as a data analyst. By investing in my skill development and entrusting me with new responsibilities, the company has empowered me to progress towards my career goals and contribute effectively to the team's success.

How do you stay organized and how do you prioritize your workload when dealing with multiple clients or projects?

Staying organized is key for me – especially when you're juggling multiple tasks and clients. What I do is I set my priorities first. I start by understanding what needs my immediate attention. Deadlines, client needs, and how each task impacts the bigger picture all play a role. This helps me focus on the most important things that will move the needle for the business.

I also use time-blocking. I carve out specific times in my day for different projects or clients. This keeps me focused and minimizes distractions. I also leave some buffer room in my schedule for those unexpected things that pop up.

Last is, self-care matters! You can't pour from an empty cup, right? That's why I take breaks, set boundaries, and make sure to schedule time for myself outside of work. Whether it's hitting the pool or relaxing in a sauna, taking care of myself helps me stay productive and avoid burnout in the long run.

What do you enjoy most about working with clients and providing exceptional service?

The best part about working with clients is seeing the difference I can make. There's nothing quite like that feeling of knowing you've truly helped someone. When a client reaches out to express their gratitude and appreciation for the work we've done together, it's incredibly fulfilling. It lets me know that I've listened to their needs, provided solutions, and made a real impact.

Every day brings new challenges and fresh ideas to the table, which keeps things exciting. But what truly drives me is the chance to make a positive difference for the people and businesses I work with. That's why I'm passionate about providing exceptional service – it's about seeing my clients succeed.

What is your mantra in life?

"Life is precious, Live it happily" – that's my personal mantra, and it even graces the top of my resume! It's a constant reminder to myself that life is both short and unpredictable, which is why finding happiness and purpose in each day is so important.

For me, this means prioritizing joy, feeling content, and building strong connections with the people around me. True happiness, I've found, often comes from the simple things.

Living by this philosophy requires mindfulness. I take time to appreciate the little moments, the beauty in everyday life, and I find gratitude even when things are tough. It's about letting go of the past and anxieties about the future, choosing instead to focus on being truly present in the now.

Ultimately, it's about living with intention, being true to myself, and cherishing the gift of life. Every day is a new adventure, and I approach it with a sense of wonder and appreciation. My heart is open, and I'm committed to living life to the fullest, every single step of the way.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

If I could have any superpower, it would definitely be time travel or time manipulation. Movies like "The Butterfly Effect" (2004) and "Doctor Strange" (2016) really got me thinking about the possibilities.

Imagine being able to go back and fix a mistake, to see things from a different point of view in history, or even prevent disasters from happening! It would completely change how we understand and interact with the world.

Now, I know there's a whole debate about time travel. Some folks believe it's already happening, pointing to strange cases from Argentina, Japan, China – you name it! There's even that famous clip from Elvis' last concert in 1977 where someone seems to be filming with a cellphone. Crazy, right? It makes you wonder if maybe some of us are chosen for this kind of power.

That's definitely a dream of mine – to be the one who can bend time to my will.

If you had to watch one movie on repeat, what would it be?

"The Pursuit of Happyness" has gotta be my all-time favorite movie. It's this powerful story (came out in 2006, by the way) about Chris Gardner, a salesman who's down on his luck. He's struggling to make ends meet, even ends up homeless, all while trying to raise his young son. But man, this movie packs a punch!

This movie really drives home the point that success isn't something handed to you on a silver platter. It's about putting in the hard work, grabbing hold of chances when they come your way, and never giving up. Seeing Chris go from homeless to successful? That's the power of hustle and determination right there.

Honestly, "The Pursuit of Happyness" is a movie that stays with you. It's a reminder that even when things are tough, you can overcome anything if you set your mind to it. It's about perseverance, self-belief, and the sheer hard work it takes to chase your dreams.
