A Day in Wendy’s World

Wendy’s day typically begins with checking in on her team members and reviewing the accounts they’re handling. She takes time to visit each account, lending a hand where needed and stepping in when a teammate requires extra support. Once the morning rush settles, Wendy shifts her focus to quality checks on team compilations and responds to questions from both her team and other colleagues. Her role is a balance of hands-on assistance, oversight, and collaboration—always to keep everything on track.
